As regular leisure cyclists, we feel that this cycle path would be a wonderful opportunity for people, young and old, to enjoy this beautiful coastline without having to worry about heavy traffic on narrow roads.

An even better idea, would be for the path to be extended in the other direction, ie down to Lissett. This would allow the many tourists taking caravan holidays at Barmston and Skipsea to access Bridlington without having to use a very busy A-road.
