Connect2 schemes offer people the opportunity to change their world by travelling by foot or bike for local journeys we all make everyday – to school, to work, or the shops.

Connect2 day is an opportunity for people to celebrate this through their own local event or by taking part in Sustrans’ Change Your World campaign. Swap just one car trip between 29 June – 4 July ’09 and walk, cycle, take public transport or car-share instead.  This is the week to join with thousands of others and Change Your World.

Amazingly, if we all take this one small action together car traffic will reduce by ten per cent, giving us healthier journeys, cleaner air and quieter streets.
